Operation/function failure
Q1. An operation/function failed on my ASUS CUBE with Google TV. What
can I do?
Do the following to force close an app.
a) Go to All apps and select the running app that you want to force close.
b) Press , then select Application info > Force close.
Disconnect the power adapter from the power source, then plug it in again.
Insert a straigthened paper clip into the manual reset hole located at the right
side to reset the ASUS CUBE with Google TV to the factory default settings.
WARNING! Doing a factory reset will delete all your data and settings.
IR Blaster
Q1. I cannot remotely control my cable/satellite TV box or AV receiver.
IR Blaster (Infrared Blaster) allows you to remotely control your devices such as
cable/satellite TV or AV receiver using your ASUS CUBE with Google TV remote
control. If you encounter some problem with your ASUS CUBE’s IR Blaster function,
do the following:
Ensure that all devices are turned on.
The IR Blaster cable is rmly connected to your ASUS CUBE with Google TV’s
IR Blaster port and is placed at least 3 cm near your cable/satellite TV or AV
receiver.
Your ASUS CUBE with Google TV settings are correctly congured.
